Taster Sessions
Taster sessions are run regularly in Westbury and Frome. When you come to a taster you can find out more about HypnoBirthing®, learn some techniques that will help you through labour and birth, and meet with Lucy, your HypnoBirthing® practitioner.
The price of a taster session is just £10 per couple.
This cost will be discounted from the cost of a full course when you sign up for HypnoBirthing® with Nayera.

Courses
Each course will consist of five, 2 ½ hour sessions over 5 weeks.
There will be between two and four couples per course. This ensures that you both get as much support and personalised advice as you need.
Price for a full HypnoBirthing® course: £295
Price includes over 12 hours of tuition for you and your birthing partner, the official HypnoBirthing® book and CD and a refresher session nearer your due date.
