- 3 breathing techniques that will leave you feeling relaxed and in control during labour, during contractions and during birth.
- Relaxation techniques
- Positions for relaxation in pregnancy and labour
- Hypnotic relaxation and visualisation techniques
- A massage technique for birthing partners to use on the labouring mother to stimulate the body’s natural pain-killers – endorphins
- Guidance on nutrition to prepare your body for a healthy pregnancy and birth
- Techniques to tone the right part of the body in the right way to reduce the likelihood of episiotomy
- Releasing limiting thoughts and fears about birthing
- Preparing your birth plan (birth preferences) for each stage of labour in order to work effectively with your caregivers
