People
Confidentiality and privacy – Clients can expect the details of any NLP or HypnoBirthing® session to be kept confidential, except in cases where there is a legal obligation to disclose information. All details will be kept private. Any notes made during a session are for the purposes of that session, or program. Any notes made belong to the client and not the practitioner. Notes will be destroyed after each session or program at the request of the client. Client information will be kept securely and will not be shared with third parties. Clients have the right to request not to be contacted by Nayera.
Integrity – Clients can expect to be treated with respect and integrity at all times. Personal issues will be addressed in a friendly and non-judgemental way. You are a valued client and will be treated as such.
Informed consent – NLP and HypnoBirthing® techniques will only be applied with prior consent from the client. Coaching is a two way process and it is important that you agree, and are congruent, with any changes that are instigated in a session.
Openness – Lucy values feedback, both critically constructive and positive. Clients can expect a policy of honesty and openness. Please feel free to discuss any issue that you have relating to your session or program with Lucy.
Payment – Payment plans can be offered to ease the burden of up-front payment. Clients on low income or income support should contact Lucy to discuss alternative forms of funding.
An ethical future – The future of Nayera is in enabling young people to benefit from NLP through voluntary assistance in training. For some young people this may lead to employment in the company and a bright start to a future without the usual limits we place upon ourselves.
Environment
Where possible Nayera only uses products made from sustainably sourced or recycled materials. All the waste produced by the business is disposed of responsibly and is, in most cases, recycled. Correspondence will generally be by email, text or phone in order to keep our carbon footprint to a minimum. If you prefer to receive hard copy information by post please let Lucy know and she will be able to accommodate your needs.
Trust
Lucy is a member of the ANLP (Association of Neuro-linguistic Programming) and the Professional Guild of NLP. Both of these organisations have an ethical code of practice by which practitioners maintain standards of service and integrity. To see the ANLP code of ethics click here:
As a member of the HypnoBirthing® Institute Lucy is also bound by a code of practice relating to the delivery of HypnoBirthing® courses.
As a teacher Lucy has been fully CRB checked to clear her for work with children. Parents are more than welcome to be present, or have a representative present whilst children participate in NLP sessions.
