Nayera is a small, locally run business providing coaching and training to families in the South West. Lucy Hewitt, Nayera’s owner and founder, specialises in mind-body hypnobirthing for expectant couples and NLP for parents, children and couples who are trying to conceive. NLP can also help with issues related to other areas of life such as relationships, weight loss, smoking and alcohol addiction, anxiety, phobias and other habitual behaviours. The business is based in Westbury, Wiltshire and serves Trowbridge, Warminster, Bath, Bristol, Salisbury and Frome in Somerset.
